Elad Ben-Hur is an Agile Coach who works with R&D teams and organizations to support meaningful Agile adoption and continuous improvement. With experience in Scrum, Agile, and SAFe, he helps teams focus on delivering real value and building healthy, collaborative work environments.

Elad is especially interested in the role of communication in team success. Over the years, he’s seen how clearer, more honest conversations can transform not just team dynamics, but also results. His current focus is on helping leaders and teams strengthen trust, improve communication, and create space for real dialogue.
