Workshop at RSG Belgrade 2025

Title: So you think you know Scrum

Why? One can hypothesize that certification cultures influence training, particularly if the training is mandatory, producing practitioners with narrow and highly contextualized knowledge. Empirical research with hundreds of subjects who view themselves as Scrum practitioners has a worrisomely low knowledge of Scrum basics. In this workshop, you can test (anonymously) your knowledge of Scrum, and we’ll see where this community stands — and you can find where your view of Scrum is off the mark. We’ll look at hard data from which both seasoned practitioners and those newer to Scrum will benefit. Both certified and uncertified individuals are welcome.
