Scrum Alliance has built the largest agile community in the world. We have agile practitioners on every single continent (except Antarctica). In 2022, we invested close to $200,000 in the sponsorship of 12 Regional Scrum Gatherings on 4 continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and South America), and connected with over 3,500 changemakers across the globe.
Regional Scrum GatheringsTM Belgrade 2024
Agile Serbia, the Educational Center for Agile Development is organizing the premier event under the auspices of Scrum Alliance for the 4th time. This gathering is dedicated to bringing together Agile practitioners, developers, trainers, coaches, and enthusiasts from across the Balkans and beyond. Our mission is to showcase the strength and power of the Balkan region in knowledge sharing, quality networking, and professional excellence.
The event is designed to bridge the gap between diverse industries, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Scheduled for October 28-29, 2024, the #RSGBelgrade2024 will be held live and in-person, offering an immersive experience filled with current topics and hands-on workshops. NEW CONCEPT THIS YEAR
Based on the feedback from the conference attendees and wishing to keep a sharp edge and symbol of being a frontrunner in the domain of Agile philosophy in the region, we have created a new conference concept. We have seen that people want to learn from concrete examples, they desire techniques shown by people who have tried them and are both capable and willing to share their knowledge.
With this in mind we have come up with this year’s setup.
3 BIG stages
MAIN STAGE
Dedicated to keynote speeches, panel discussions, speeches bringing new concepts, or exploring fundamental issues creating an environment for Agile, Scrum, product management or coaching.
BLUE STAGE
Dedicated to workshops, interactive, show and practice activities, case studies, experience sharing. All the activities at this stage will be in the workshop or highly interactive format.
ORANGE STAGE
The same concept as the blue stage. Enlarging the number of slots where attendees will have the opportunity to try, test, and explore new techniques.
3 CORNERS
These small stages will offer space for dynamic interactions and learning sessions in small groups. These will be less formal, however structured sessions. Facilitators will have the opportunity to nominate the topic, and attendees interested in this concrete technique or experience will join them. These small stages will also be dedicated to facilitating networking and enabling people to utilize their visit to the conference to the maximum.
