What is ICAgile?

International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile) is a community-driven organization. It is a certification and accreditation body working with course providers to accredit new or existing courses against proven learning objectives. According to their own information, ICAgile-accredited courses meet the highest standards developed by worldwide agile thought leaders.

About Agility in HR by Management 3.0 Facilitators

All facilitators who offer the ICP-AHR Workshop by Management 3.0 are experienced Management 3.0 Facilitators and practitioners. In order for them to become facilitators for this workshop they have to have attended an in-person Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop or an in-person Agility in HR Workshop by Management 3.0, they have to own the Management 3.0 Certificate of Practice and they have to be accredited by ICAgile.

This module is focused on understanding the difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and where to focus in a Management 3.0 context and also teaches us how to relate people’s work and roles to purpose, mastery and freedom.

Empower teams

Delegation and Empowerment

What is exactly empowerment and distributed control, and why is this important, with deep understanding that delegation is not black and white. Equip yourself with knowledge how to utilize the seven levels of delegation and the Delegation Poker Cards.

Align Constraints

Meaning and Purpose

This module is about how purpose matters to all businesses and it focuses on how that purpose must go farther than simply growth, expansion or bank statements. Why is it important to have one and how to use the IKIGAI model to discover your purpose.

Metrics and OKRs


This module is all about measurement. It looks into the question of why we have metrics and what we really want to measure and how, what are Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and how to use them by following 12 rules for good metrics.

Develop competence


You’ll learn how to implement the most important practices to ensure better results: Individual competence development, team communication, helping each other, Team competence structure and about creating a tension by building diverse team.

Better feedback


This Management 3.0 module offers the importance of giving actionable feedback as well as a way to overcome the often awkward nature of giving feedback in a constructive way with tools as the Feedback Wrap, the Kudo Cards and a Kudo Wall and thee 360 Degree Feedback Dinner practice.Add some contents here

As an attendee of our Agile HR workshop you will receive two certificates: The Management 3.0 Agility in HR Workshop Certificate of Attendance* as well as the ICAgile Certified Professional in Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) certification.

*The Certificate of Attendance you earn for attending the Agility in HR Workshop by Management 3.0 allows you to apply to become a Management 3.0 Facilitator within one year.

about Agility in HR

It’s more a question of either or, so you can choose. Both the Management 3.0 Foundation Workshop as well as the Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) Workshop by Management 3.0 lasts two days. Both are based on the same principles and include mainly the same content.
The difference is, the Agility in HR Workshop is crafted with HR people in mind and you can get an additional certification: The ICAgile certification (ICP-AHR).

If you have already attended a Foundation Workshop you probably won’t book the new Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) Workshop by Management 3.0 unless you want the ICAgile certification. However, the content of the two workshops doesn’t differ greatly, they are both based on the same principles and modules.
