Jelena Pavlović is the founder and CEO of Koučing centar, as well as an Associate Professor of Organizational Development in the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. For over a decade, she has been dedicated to organizational development and innovation. At Koučing centar she currently leads research and development of technological solutions that enhance organizational learning through the interaction of people and AI.
She is the author of a book on coaching psychology published by Routledge.
