At RSG, we believe that progress starts with listening – especially to our customers. Last year’s feedback, from both attendees and speakers, has shaped how we designed this year’s conference. But listening is only part of the process; implementing what we’ve learned is what truly drives improvement. That’s why we’re bringing you an upgraded and more focused concept for 2025.

One of the key insights from last year’s feedback was a reflection of the changing times: companies and professionals alike are seeking faster, more condensed ways to learn, connect, and grow. Long-format events are becoming harder to justify in fast-paced environments. That’s why RSG 2025 will be a one-day conference—carefully designed to deliver maximum value through focused, high-impact sessions.

We’re doubling down on what matters most: interaction, hands-on learning, and real-world insights. This year, more than 90% of the conference time will be dedicated to workshops, technique demonstrations, and experience-sharing sessions. We’ve significantly reduced the number of traditional lectures to ensure the event remains dynamic, practical, and participant-driven.

To enhance learning and engagement, we are also experimenting with optimized use of venue space. Separate, dedicated rooms will provide a focused and undisturbed environment for all workshops.

Additionally, workshop timeslots have been extended, giving both attendees and facilitators more time to dive deep into topics, explore ideas, and gain hands-on experience.
