If you joined us for this workshop, you already know how eye-opening it was to look at retrospectives through a different lens – the gap between feedback and action.

Instead of discussing retrospectives in theory, we worked with real comments participants brought from their teams. Together, we unpacked what actions were taken (or not taken), explored why follow-through often stalls, and co-created practical, context-aware responses that teams can apply immediately.

It was all about moving teams from reflection to impact – and giving Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and team leads concrete tools to close the feedback-action gap.
