Speaking session on MAIN stage
Topic: It’s all about the Context
Description:
By now, transformations and change are routine – even something to be suffered. Why do so many fail or have different outcomes than expected? What lens do we view them through? Are we starting where we think? Why is the flow of work and information so hard to achieve?
Frameworks, decisions, tools, all of these are most often based on cases, not necessarily context, and what if the context changes over time? For us to succeed and sustain that success, we must be aware of our context, and how we explore and manage that context. What works for one organisation or individual may not work for another.
Join Chris as he explores why context is so important, how we can be more aware of it, and what we can do to effectively operate where we need to for success… and why curiosity can trump expertise!
