Description:
The workshop is an interactive experience designed to empower participants to address their unique change challenges through Agile experimentation. We begin by selecting a few real-world change challenges from the group, which will serve as use cases throughout the workshop. These use cases will guide us in creating a personalized experimentation playground tailored to each participant’s specific needs.
In this safe and creative space, you’ll craft your first experiment, learning how to design, implement, and iterate on your ideas. The workshop also includes two engaging games that simulate the dynamics of experimentation in an Agile setting, using our selected change challenges as a foundation. These games will help you identify what strategies work best, uncover potential pitfalls, and refine your approach to ensure successful outcomes.
By the end of the session, you’ll have practical insights and tools to apply experimentation confidently within your Agile practices, making you better equipped to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
