What is EXPERT mentoring?
Expert mentoring is personal support from our coaches – tailored to you as a professional, within the context of the team you work in.
Rather than offering generic solutions, we build every program around your real role, challenges and projects. Programs are designed for experts who want to improve how they work – while continuing to deliver.
No disruption. No one-size-fits-all frameworks.
What's the focus?
Expert mentoring programs are designed for professionals who want to improve how they work while continuing to deliver results. Rather than introducing generic solutions, mentoring is built around your actual context, challenges, and projects.
The focus is on:
- Turning knowledge into consistent practice
- Improving concrete activities and processes
- Supporting gradual change over time
- Helping you learn through your own work
Mentoring isn't a one-time event - it's ongoing support that builds real habits.

In individual sessions, you can:
Discuss real situations from your daily work
Ask questions specific to your role
Connect what you're learning to what you're doing
Test decisions and approaches in a safe space
Mentoring vs. Training
Different tools, both valuable
Courses and mentoring aren’t in competition – they complement each other.
Courses build shared knowledge and vocabulary.
Mentoring helps you apply that knowledge in your own context, processes, and day-to-day work.
Not sure which to choose?
If your team knows your industry well but lacks a foundation in project, product, or sales management – team training is the right starting point. It builds the shared knowledge and common language your team needs before anything else.
If your team already understands the basics but struggles to apply them in practice – expert mentoring is the better fit. It’s not about theory. It’s about working through real challenges from your day-to-day, with someone who can help you see what’s not working and why.
One question to help you decide: Does your team need to learn the concepts – or learn how to use them?
How it works
Mentoring programs typically include:
- Observing how you work in practice
- Mentoring during your regular activities
- Improving concrete ways of working
- Gradual change that doesn’t interrupt delivery
Programs run within your real work context and combine shared masterclass sessions with your team, observation of day-to-day work, and regular individual support for each expert.

FAQ
Expert mentoring is personal, ongoing support from a coach - built entirely around your real role, your actual projects, and the team you work in. Unlike a training course, which has a fixed curriculum and runs for a day or two, mentoring works inside your daily work over several months. The goal is to turn knowledge into consistent practice, not just introduce new concepts.
Programs typically run for 3 to 4 months, with around 4 to 5 sessions per team member, spaced over time. The pacing is intentional - gradual change that doesn't interrupt your delivery.
If your team lacks a foundation in product, project, or sales management, team training is the right starting point - it builds the shared knowledge and vocabulary needed before anything else. If your team understands the basics but struggles to apply them in practice, expert mentoring is the better fit.
No - that's a core design principle. The program is built around your real work, not on top of it. Change happens gradually, and the mentor adapts to your team's rhythm rather than asking you to pause delivery.
