When discussing agile transformation, popular names such as Google, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, and Spotify often come up. Why? These companies make it seem effortless. They stand as impressive high-tech giants crafting futuristic user experiences through seamless continuous delivery. The reality is, it takes challenging, hard work. The statistics show that many Agile Transformations don’t reach their full potential due to limited understanding, resistance within the culture, and inadequate leadership backing.
But fear not! There is a solution for every one of these challenges.

What is Agile transformation?
Agile Transformation means the commitment of an Agile Coach during the agreed time who is leading the transformation process in the company. The responsibilities of a coach are coaching individuals, coaching teams, and enterprise-level coaching. Agile coaches are experts in Agile – both theory and practice. In addition to an in-depth understanding of Agile practices and principles, they also worked in organizations that have successfully adopted Agile. Our Agile Coaches have led organizational transformation in different industries such as telecommunications, energy, software development, etc.
Agile Transformation Process
Phase 1 - Free Agile Assessment
Whether you've already integrated an Agile Methodology or are exploring various approaches, we provide an effortless Agility Check-Up. No hassle, no expense! Your first step is fulfilling a questionnaire given by the Agile Coach
Next step is Agile Coach’s visit to the organization, assessment of the current situation, chats with the development and business team members and defining in which direction it is desirable to go.
The final step in this phase is Agile Coach’s proposal for solutions, based on previous steps.
Phase 2 - Agile coaching and transformation
Agile Transformation needs to be top-down and bottom-up, iterative and incremental.
Constantly experimenting, and trying different things and possibilities is crucial, as well as reflecting on successes and failures. There is no ideal template to follow in terms of a process.
However, different practices can be adopted within the transformation. In general, Agile Transformation includes several steps:
- In-house formal education of relevant stakeholders and teams;
- Establishing the ways for tracking and overcoming impediments;
- Formulation of the vision, goals, strategies, and tactics for Agile transformation;
- Monitoring, mentoring, and coaching individuals and teams at all organizational levels;
- Support teams through all phases: forming, storming, norming, and performing;
- Training new Scrum Masters and Product Owners through real-life challenges;
- Continuous retrospective and review of the current projects;
- Consultancy on the specific challenges within the agile initiative.
