This workshop will reveal the most efficient people development tool and enabler of business agility – coaching. The workshop is a highly interactive session where participants are using a unique “Coaching to High Performance” card game to create amazing journey for the team by removing obstacles and Agile anti-patterns. Participants will discover the 4 step coaching model ABCD (Awareness, Buy-in, Creation and Delivery) with a set of powerful questions for each step, to guide their people from the “Blame game” into high performance. Finally they’ll use the initiative cards, to brainstorm possible solutions and create an action plan for execution.
Who should attend? This is an intermediate level workshop, and participants should have some work experience in at least one Agile framework.
Agile HR leaders or aspiring team leaders with a passion for servant leadership and a desire to learn and practice the art of coaching. Relevant roles include Agile Coaches and aspiring coaches, Scrum Masters, Agile Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and anyone with the desire to explore the power of coaching and instilling Agile values in the team.
