Jan is a seasoned Product Owner Coach with a rich background in guiding product teams.
Concurrently, Jan coaches Product Owners to enhance their product management skills from “Ama?!” to “ZING!!”, he coordinates several Communities of Practice for Product Owners and he consults on product strategy.
As a Trainer, Jan designs and delivers advanced training sessions for Product Owners, he teaches Start-up Strategy and Design Thinking at a university college in Antwerp and he is a certified trainer for Training From the Back of the Room.Throughout the years Jan gained diverse experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst , garbage collector and even as a local police officer, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to continuous learning and adaptation.
