Lejla Vulović

Lejla is a part of Adaptive Transformation team in Raiffeisen Bank International, Vienna, Austria. She is passionate about helping teams achieve their highest potential in creating valuable products and services and at the same time having engaged and motivated team members. As an agile consultant, coach, and trainer in Raiffeisen Bank International, she has a unique opportunity to support people, teams, and the whole organization on their agile movement.

Lejla has a background in engineering and solid hands-on experience in leading teams, large and complex projects, business process optimization, and organizational transformation. During the last 16 years, she has gathered experience in various senior leadership and management roles in the IT and Operations field of the banking industry.

Ana Nađ

Ana’s journey to her Agile Coaching role began as a software engineer and team leader. Her experience spans various industries, ranging from nimble startups to corporate giants, having been part of agile transformations right from the beginning. Joining Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) in 2018, she further grows her coaching skills working hands-on with international delivery centers, platforms, and product teams. Ana is currently immersed in the world of trading, exploring better ways to collaborate and harness the power of iterative cycles to respond to a dynamic market. She is a firm believer in ordinary people achieving extraordinary, systems thinking and authentic leadership.

Tymon Wiedemair

Tymon, with a background in tech startups, joined Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) in 2020, bringing extensive entrepreneurship and tech leadership experience. As a Product Owner, he initiated the modernization of the Compliance tech stack through a collaborative approach. Starting in Group Compliance, he transitioned to leading the Agile Delivery Compliance department before being nominated for his new role as RBI’s Head of Data Platforms. His commitment to enhancing RBI’s Agile journey signifies his dedication to fostering greater Business-IT collaboration.

Carolin Wichtl-Willburger

Carolin is Head of the Securities Brokerage & Fund Administration department at Raiffeisen Bank International, Vienna, Austria. In her current leadership role, she is supporting Product Owners and Product Teams in shaping these two banking products in line with the overall business strategy and customer needs. Carolin is especially engaged in creating a motivating and stimulating environment for team members, supporting people in their personal development, and ensuring that they are aligned around the common goals.

In the last 12 years she has gained experience in the securities business area in the banking industry, working in both Product Sales and as a Product Owner. She is the former Product Owner of one of the first Agile teams and since then has contributed to the Agile transformation journey of Raiffeisen Bank International.
